The USO center at Naval Station Norfolk is conveniently located in building J-50 on board Naval Station Norfolk. The center proudly serves service members from Naval Mobilization Processing Site (NMPS), Transient Personnel Unit (TPU), Navy REgion Mid-Atlantic Reserve Component Command Norfolk (RCC) as well as other commands on post.
