Military members and their families are honored with free admission to the Virginia Zoo in Norfolk. This event is open to the public and fee to military and dependents.

The USO of Hampton Roads and Central Virginia presents the annual Holiday Part at JEB Little Creek - Fort Story. There will be food, games, and entertainment which is free for all area military families.

Military members stationed at Fort Lee shop for holiday toys, stocking stuffers, hats, and mittens for their children free of charge

This is an annual tree lighting event featuring activities for children including a train ride, games, and a chance to meet with Santa Claus.

The USO of Hampton Roads and Central Virginia will open a new center and adminstrative office space on Joint Base Langley Eustis - Langley (Langley Air Force Base), located at 62 Walnut Avenue, Building 247.

Enjoy authentic Celtic food, music, vendors, KidZone, inflatable rides & games for kids. There will also be live entertainment and a Celtic 10K road race.

Freedom Ride April 10th

The USO of Hampton Roads and Central Virginia present the 2011 Geico Freedom Ride. This is an unescorted motorcycle ride that begins at Bayside Harley Davidson and ends at Chesapeake City Park. Registration will begin at 10:00 am and the ride will depart at noon. All ride participants will receive automatic entry in the 2011 Freedom Motorcycle giveaway. Jamey Johnson concert to follow.
