Staff and volunteers visit community events, shopping centers, military bases, and other locations on request, to provide and distribute information about USOHRCV programs and services and other Hampton Roads and Central Virginia family-support agencies.

USO of Hampton Roads and Central Virginia regularly attends ombudsman assemblies, rotary meetings and other civic events in an effort to disseminate information regarding USO of Hampton Roads and Central Virginia events and services.
